STRUCTURE

The structure consists of a frame with one horizontal trolley that slides at its rear. Both are made of electrically welded steel and are subjected to precise machining on very high precision machining centers.

 

SHIFT AXIS

Axis travel on reliable, high-precision linear guides with recirculating balls that are automatically lubricated by one central lubricating pump.

The independent axles are controlled by:

- Drive with a wheel and a rack with helical teeth for the X axis (longitudinal)

- Screw 32x32 with a high-precision nut with recirculating balls, installed on the Y axis (transverse) and 25x25 in the Z axis (vertical). The drive of the Z axis is equipped with an electromagnetic brake that locks the axis in the event of a main power failure The Z axis is also equipped with one compensating cylinder to balance the weight of the head.

 

The servo motors are of the digital type; allow for quick adjustment and are characterized by high positioning speed during operation.

 

Electrospindle

HSD spindle head (a leading global company in this field).

Prepared for mounting on 5-axis CNC machines (X, Y, Z, A, C).

Equipped with 12kW power for S6 60% operation and 10 kW for S1 - continuous operation. Rotation speed up to 24,000 rpm. HSK63 tool holder with automatic gripper and tool presence detection module.

The A axis allows you to work on three sides of the profile, as well as at intermediate angles.

The rotational speed of the electro-spindle is managed by the CNC (CNC OSAI) using a vector inverter, which allows to obtain high torque even at low spindle revolutions.

 

TOOL LUBRICATION

The tools are lubricated by means of a micro-droplet spraying system (minimal lubrication).

 

TOOL MAGAZINE

It is located under the Y axis carriage. It has 8 positionable tool sockets

It is equipped with one brushless motor controlled from the CNC working area.

 

WORK AREA

The working area consists of 8 automatic clamps for locking the profiles. They are slid on linear guides with recursive balls and blocked pneumatically. The movement is managed by a numerical control unit.

The working area is equipped with two pneumatic zero point stops (left and right).

 

ELECTRICAL CABINET

It includes an inverter, drives and numerical control system, all protected against interference emission and reception (EMQ). It has a degree of protection IP55 against dust and liquids with A / C.

The control console is separate from the setter's cabinet.

 

CONTROL CONSOLE

It is a single user interface consisting of an alphanumeric industrial PC keyboard and a button bar. It includes 2 internal and 2 external USB ports for connecting a barcode reader and a remote control unit.

 

PROTECTION AND SECURITY

According to the CE directives, safety devices and safety devices consist of:
