ATEKA 8A cutting and machining center

 

Fully automated, Ateka machining center for high-speed machining and streaming of profiled aluminum or PVC for the production of windows and facades or other industry involving profile processing - automotive, aerospace, railway and industrial production equipment.

By combining speed and precision from raw automatically or manually loaded barbell profiles, Ateka will produce finished machined parts, cut to length, identified and ready for assembly. Direction of the line to be agreed.

Profile loading system

enables the operator to load profile barbells without interrupting the machine's production cycle.

For loads between 5 and 7.5 kg / m. Above 7.5 kg / ml the next model should be supplied.

Initial studies will be conducted to confirm technical feasibility.

The fully numerically controlled movement of the barbell allows you to gently move the conveyor belt in order to avoid the risk of tipping when moving the profiles from place to place.

Numerically controlled barbell drive with high speed 220 m / min.

 

Profile end gripper, for maximum flexibility regardless of profile geometry.

It consists of one beam placed on 3 mechanically welded supports. A gripper moves on the beam, which "catches" the profiles and introduces them to the machining and cutting center.

The gripper is moved along the X axis on a linear guide and 4 prismatic bearings. Power transmission by means of a wheel and a rack.

The gripper has a profile presence sensor and moves the profile through the machining center to the cutting station.

 

The gripper is additionally numerically controlled along the "V1" axis for horizontal adjustment to the profile shape and along the "W1" axis for vertical adjustment to the profile shape.

Adjustment in the "V1" and "W1" axes takes place when the gripper returns to the next profile.

Working profiles are guided on passive rollers.

Numerical rotation of the gripper.

Multi-position from 0 ° to 180 °. This solution provides greater flexibility than the version of the pneumatic positioning of the clamp in relation to the profile sections.

Automatic numerical control of profile lifting.

Automatic lifting with digital adjustment in two axes (horizontal and vertical) allows you to perfectly position unstable profiles.

This solution does not require manual intervention of the operator when fixing the profiles and eliminates the need to use dedicated, shaped profile guides.



Numerically controlled 3-axis machining center

Machining heads

All milling and drilling spindles are driven by a 3 kW variable speed spindle from 12,000 to 20,000 rpm, equipped with a single tool holder (output Ø 16 max).

Waste disposal system:

Small sections <350>

 

Medium lengths between 350 and 999 mm, the cut of the end of the profile will be evacuated at the end of the rollout directly into the container. (Not included).

Motorized conveyor ascent to a height of 1,200 mm to discharge waste into the container. Belt width 450 mm (containers not included).

Note: For parts requiring a length of less than 350 mm (finished parts and / or requiring cutting on other variable angle machines), the length value must be calculated.

 

Discharge grapple:

Pneumatic gripper with a feed for removing elements from the processing cabin to the output conveyor.



Profile unloading system with a storage table for cut profiles:

This output is equipped with motorized rollers over a length of 6,200 mm. A motor-driven belt conveyor with V-belts discharges to the front, storing elements over a length of 2,000 mm. The table is equipped with fullness detectors with signaling for the operator.

 

Label printer with manual peel-off
