A double-suction clamping system of versatile use, the possibility of fixing the parts in both vertical and horizontal position. The perfect aid for milling, sanding, planing, cutting, filling or varnishing, especially in areas at risk of explosion.

Equipment:

• Double-sided suction - Suction plates on the top and bottom, which allows assembly without the use of screw clamps, just put the device on the work table, turn it on and place the workpiece on it.

• Vertical and horizontal part clamping - versatile, safe and easy to use.

• Fastening without damaging the surface - a soft rubber gasket protects the fastened parts against any damage and scratching their surface.

• Clamping of small parts - thanks to the segmented vacuum plate.

• Clamping of large and oversized parts - the enormous suction power allows parts up to 2 m² to be clamped on only one module (basic). In order to be able to clamp even larger parts, an additional module (accessory) can be connected.

• Can be mounted with screw clamps - eg when working on uneven or gas-permeable surfaces.

• Strong vacuum valve - the generated vacuum of 700 millibar holds parts up to 70 kg vertically and horizontally up to 150 kg.

• Low consumption of compressed air - at an operating pressure of 4-6 Bar only 38 l / min.

• Quick and easy to use - via sliding valve or foot switch (optional accessory).

• System expandability - the DVS-G basic module can be extended with an additional module at any time, or you can immediately buy a set consisting of DVS-G and DVS-A in the WEGOMA system case.

Additional equipment:

• Foot switch - very simple and convenient operation, hands free for clamping the workpiece.

• Add-on module for expanding the base system.
